Please read these clauses before using the service. They set out who may use Keeper, what is not permitted, and how payments, data and disputes are handled.
- These terms govern your use of Keeper and the companion chat features offered on it. By using the service you accept them in full.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Keeper. If you are younger, you may not create an account or start a conversation.
- The companions on this site are written and generated. They are not real people, and nothing they say should be treated as a statement from a human being.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you give us, including your age and your contact address.
- One person may hold one account. Sharing account credentials with anyone else is not permitted.
- You may not use Keeper to produce or request sexually explicit material, and you may not attempt to direct a companion toward it.
- Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate, permanent removal of access.
- You may not use the service to harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any real person.
- You may not use Keeper to plan, encourage or assist unlawful activity, or to obtain instructions for causing harm.
- Automated access, scraping, stress testing and attempts to extract model instructions or training data are not permitted.
- You may not resell, sublicense or repackage access to the service without our written agreement.
- All site text, companion profiles, artwork and code remain the property of Keeper or its licensors.
- You keep ownership of what you write in a conversation. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it so the service can function.
- Conversations may be reviewed in a limited, safety-focused way to enforce these terms and to fix faults.
- A companion is company and conversation only. It does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
- If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service. Keeper is not an emergency service.
- Paid features, where offered, display their price and billing period before any payment is taken.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- Refunds are handled according to the consumer law that applies where you live; contact us and we will apply it.
- We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
- We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are broken, and we will explain the reason unless the law prevents it.
- The service is provided as it stands. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of error.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
- You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
- If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force.
- We may update these terms. The revised version applies from the date it is published on Keeper.
- These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Keeper is established.
